The Distinguished Artifact Award was given to two papers: A Pattern Calculus for Rule Languages: Expressiveness, Compilation, and Mechanization by A. Shinnar, J. Simeon, and M. Hirzel and Scalable and Precise Static Analysis of JavaScript Applications via Loop-Sensitivity by C. Park and S. Ryu.


The Distinguished Paper Award was given to Towards Practical Gradual Typing by A. Takikawa, D. Feltey, E. Dean, R. Findler, M. Flatt, S. Tobin-Hochstadt, and M. Felleisen.

MASPEGHI workshop added!(Fri 27 Feb 2015)

A new workshop, MASPEGHI, focusing on inheritance mechanisms, has been added to the ECOOP’15 lineup.


ECOOP has now a Code of Conduct.


ECOOP thanks Google, Microsoft, Samsung and Oracle for the generous support. The donations from these companies will allow ECOOP to support student volunteers with free registrations.



This year ECOOP has received 136 papers.
